Poll Results

As a result of last week's poll on Q Tea's shipping dates, etc, the policy has now changed.

Where previously invoices were sent in the first week of the month, they will now be sent a week before the end of the previous month. Payment is due by the start of the month for that month's kit. The kits will ship from the 1st of the month onwards, depending on individual payment dates. If you have any questions, please email me to let me know.

Next weekend I will be in Sydney for the Papercrafts festival in Penrith, so any kits not posted on the 1st will be shipped the following week, from the 7th onwards (the 6th is a public holiday - Melbourne Cup Day - in the Melbourne suburbs).

This means your November kit will still come pretty quickly after October! If you're willing to share any of your projects that use elements of a Q Tea kit, please email them to me so that I can add them to the flickr gallery :)

October Kit Update

With the exception of a few late payments, the October kits were shipped between the 17th and 19th October. If you are an Australian customer and don't receive your kit by the end of next week, please let me know.

I've had a few queries about the shipping date of the kits, which is currently the 20th of the month (with payment due at least a week earlier). I have created a poll in the sidebar (at the right, below 'ordering details') with various options - I'd love to know what you all think!

November's kit - my favourite so far - will be posted shortly. Yes, early - I am so excited about this one that I can't wait!

Sunday, 14 October 2007

A quick note to my October kit customers, the kits will be posted on the 18th this month, so Melbourne customers should have it by the weekend! The postage refund RAK from September's kit will be included for those to whom it applies. A few October payments are still outstanding, please contact me on if you haven't received an invoice.
